Acceptance & licence
By using PRYXEL you accept these terms. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices for lawful purposes only, and to scan only networks you own or are authorised to test.
Plans & billing
PRYXEL is free to keep. Every tool is unlocked for the first 30 days; afterwards the free tier keeps working indefinitely, and an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) adds the Premium layer. AI is separate and runs on credits. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google and renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; billing, cancellation and the EU 14-day withdrawal right are handled by them under their purchase terms.
AI features
AI features run on credits — you get 10 free to start, then buy credit packs in the app; they are not part of the subscription. Credits are subject to fair-use limits and may produce inaccurate results — treat them as guidance, not professional advice.
Disclaimer & liability
PRYXEL is provided “as is”; network measurements are informational. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRETIFY s. r. o. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. We may update them, and continued use means you accept the changes. Questions: info@pryxel.app.
