Privacy Policy
PRYXEL is built to need as little of your data as possible. Scans run on your device, and nothing leaves it unless you choose to use an online feature.

On-device by default
Network discovery, speed tests and diagnostics run entirely on your device and are stored only there. We do not collect your scan results.
No tracking
No account is required, and there are no ads and no third-party tracking or analytics SDKs.
AI features
When you use an optional AI feature, only that request is sent over an encrypted connection to our Cloudflare proxy and AI provider. An anonymous identifier enforces fair-use limits; we do not store your prompts or link them to you.
Feedback & purchases
In-app feedback sends your email address and message to info@pryxel.app for support only. Purchases are processed by Apple and Google, who never share your payment details with us; we only verify your subscription status.
Website measurement
Our website counts visits with our own first-party, cookieless measurement: no cookies, no third-party analytics, no cross-site tracking, no advertising. Your IP address is never stored — it becomes a one-way daily hash so visits can be counted without identifying anyone — and we never look up your location from it. We keep the page, the browser language and a coarse device class, in aggregate.
Who we are
The controller is GRETIFY s. r. o., IČO 56 401 281, Na letisko 2088/15, 058 01 Poprad, Slovakia, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Prešov, Section Sro, Insert No. 48256/P; contact info@pryxel.app. We process data to run and improve PRYXEL (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)) and to fulfil purchases (contract, Art. 6(1)(b)). Our processors are Apple and Google for purchases, Cloudflare for the AI proxy, hostcreators.sk for the website and e-mail, and Anthropic for the AI model — Anthropic processes AI requests in the United States under the EU standard contractual clauses; everything else stays in the EU.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), data portability (Art. 20), rectification, erasure, objection and restriction of processing. Write to info@pryxel.app and we will act on it. Feedback messages and the diagnostics attached to them are kept for 24 months and then deleted. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak supervisory authority, Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR.
Children & changes
PRYXEL is not directed at children under 13. We may update this policy; any change is noted here with a new date.
