Is PRYXEL free?
Yes, and it stays free. Every tool is unlocked for 30 days. Afterwards the free toolbox keeps working forever: the network scan, speed test, every diagnostic, the wireless scans and the Device and Sound labs. Premium adds the power layer, monitoring and alerts, scheduled speed tests, Wi-Fi surveying and saved history. AI is separate and runs on credits.
Do I need an account?
No. PRYXEL needs no account and no sign-up — scans run on your device and nothing leaves it unless you use an online feature.
Is my data private?
Yes. Network and Bluetooth scans run entirely on your device. No ads, no tracking, no data selling. AI features run only when you tap them, over an encrypted connection.
What does the AI do?
It identifies unknown devices, diagnoses Wi-Fi and internet problems with the Network Doctor, and explains security risks in plain language. AI runs on credits — you get 10 free to start, then buy more in the app.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch on iOS 18+, and Android phone, tablet and Wear OS on Android 14+.
Can I scan any network?
Only networks you own or are authorised to test. PRYXEL is a diagnostic tool, not a way to probe networks without permission.
